**HR Assistant - £23,000 - £27,000**
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join a well-known legal firm in Bath. This role will involve providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting in the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and contributing to the overall efficiency of HR operations. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for HR, we'd love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR team with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Help organize and participate in HR events and initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information or assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and principles is preferred.
- Previous HR Administrative experience is desirable.
