An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Sulis Hospital’s HR team as our HR Administrator on a fixed term contract, working alongside four other permanent members of the team. You will provide excellent administrative support across all areas of HR activity especially in recruitment and new starter administration. You will assist in the management of applicants, supporting through to offer, undertake pre-employment checks and create new starter profiles on our HR systems. You will also support training administration, update annual and sickness leave records and assist with the leaver process.
Our HR team works a hybrid model of part office and part home working. To begin with you will be predominantly office based but as you gain experience, you will be able to work some of your time from home. Given this, whilst you will always receive regular support and guidance from your HR colleagues, you will be comfortably working autonomously, using your own initiative to prioritise and complete a variable and high-volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy. If you are comfortable with this style of working and have excellent communication and organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.
Fixed term for 6-12 months
Full time 37.5 hours
