Mostly office based though some opportunity to work hybrid
£11.00 - 12.50 per hour
The successful **temporary HR Administrator** will ideally have a background in HR administration and be available to start immediately.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Full accuracy, responsiveness and completion of all HR administration for your area
- First point of contact for employee queries via the HR Operations mailbox, on call or face to face interaction
- Ensure any escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is communicated
- Provide support for audit requests ensuring that they are handled in a timely fashion and provide information as needed
- Provide employee reference and/or verification letters as requested
- Enter data into the HR database or HR Information Systems, for maintaining 100% accurate employee records
- Providing data for and preparing routine management information reports and documents and handle ad-hoc report requests as required.
- Possess strong IT skills (MS Office and database)
- Have strong communication skills, be a genuine team player
- Have administrative experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Be a self starter, excellent attention to detail and able to spot mistakes
