**Job Role**:HR & Recruitment Administrator
**Salary**:£12,000 per annum (Full time equivalent £20,000)
**Hours**:22.5 hours per week, 3 days a week
**Contract type**:Permanent
**Location**:Bath
**The Role**
- ** Responsibilities include**:
- Support with the onboarding process for all new joiners, completing all pre-employment checks, DBS checks, reference checks
- Assist the HR Assistant with the accurate maintenance of employee records
- Undertake administrative activity in support of core HR processes e.g. induction, training, probation and leaver processes
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team (e.g advertising roles on our internal system and external job boards, arranging interviews)
- Assisting with HR and Recruitment projects as and when required
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- Committed to providing a helpful, friendly, responsive customer service.
- Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
- Previous administrative experience is desirable
- Highly motivated, good communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and writing
