About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our HR department as an Administrator (Human Resources). This is a part-time position, working 29.2 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home or the office.

The successful candidate will have excellent administration and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask across projects on a daily basis. They will be responsible for managing a shared inbox, updating the in-house database, collating information using Excel and MS Teams, and assisting the Recruitment Team with administrative tasks.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a stimulating work environment, access to excellent staff benefits and facilities, and the opportunity to develop or start their career within HR. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, have a positive professional manner, and be able to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a shared inbox dealing with enquiries from line managers, external companies, and employees.
  • Update the in-house database.
  • Collate information using Excel and MS Teams.
  • Assist the Recruitment Team with administrative tasks.
  • Triage general queries from Hiring Managers and HR staff.
