Administrative Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support an Institute within an education establishment in Bath.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing diaries for directors and making necessary booking and travel arrangements. You will also act as the first point of contact for all queries and requests.
Main Duties:
- Diary Management: Manage diaries for directors and make necessary booking and travel arrangements.
- Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for all queries and requests.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage and complete various administrative tasks to agreed deadlines.
- Budget Monitoring: Monitor budgets to ensure that these remain on track to keep within budget at the financial year-end.
- Financial Administration: Take responsibility for the financial administration of accounts, using Agresso.
- Financial Data: Provide financial data and other management information as necessary.
- Expense Claims: Ensure that expenses claimed are done so in accordance with the appropriate policies.
Requirements:
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills.
- Administration Experience: Extensive experience in financial and general administration.
- Digital Platforms: Experienced user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word, and other digital platforms such as Teams, Zoom, Google Forms.
- Diary Management: Experience of diary management for persons in demanding roles.
- In-House Financial Systems: Experience of using in-house financial systems for purchasing and procurement.
