Project Office Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Office Administrator to join our dynamic Projects Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small but busy office and contribute to the success of our specialist engineering services company.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support across the Projects Team, ensuring efficient project delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Assist in obtaining quotations for specified items, checking pricing matches schedules before ordering.
  • Prepare and send purchase orders, working closely with suppliers to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Collate, print, and upload documentation for Project Manuals.
  • Support production of Critical Spares lists, detailed packing and delivery notes for plant dispatch, and Work Packs.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in formulas, cell formatting, and linking spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with MS Project is advantageous, but training will be provided if necessary.
