Administrative Assistant for IT Projects

Logic Engagements Ltd is a leading provider of professional services, and we are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our IT projects. The successful candidate will assist the Project Management Office (PMO) manager in the day-to-day running of the PMO, including administration and reporting on the PMO portfolio and governance for the IT department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience in IT project coordination and develop their skills in administration, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Salary range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Previous experience working as a Project Coordinator or PMO Coordinator - desirable
- Previous experience working on IT projects - essential
- Experience assisting in project delivery, from conception through to close out.
- Ability to prepare, update, and interpret flowcharts and project plans
- Good organisational skills and time-management with the ability to prioritise
- Good documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Tenacious when following up on actions, updates, and deliverables
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
