Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing exceptional aftercare to existing clients;
  2. Supporting advisers with information requests as required;
  3. Organising and managing campaigns throughout the year to ensure relevant allowances are used;
  4. Assisting with top-ups, transfers, and withdrawals;
  5. Managing the client annual review process;
  6. Sending quarterly valuation reports to all clients;

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A degree-level education or previous work experience in an office environment to a high standard;
  2. Very good written communication skills;
  3. Engaging and professional telephone manner;
  4. Time management and the ability to multitask is essential;
  5. A systematic and methodical approach to tasks;
  6. IT literacy (advanced knowledge of Word and Excel and the ability to learn new software);
  7. A hardworking and positive attitude;
  8. A good team player;

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
