Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless HR administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes that meet the organization's standards.
- Cyclical Processes: Oversee promotional processes, annual reviews, salary reviews, and bonus reviews to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Team Development: Support and develop the HR Operations team through regular 1-1s, reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Data Management: Ensure all HR system data is up-to-date, accurate, and audited on a regular basis.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes and systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Review HR policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and GDPR regulations.
- Reporting: Provide regular HR reports to the HR Director and senior management with narrative and context.
Requirements:
- Strong People Management Experience: Proven track record of managing teams and driving results.
- Significant HR Operations Experience: Extensive experience in HR operations management, including process improvement and regulatory compliance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR systems, including Cascade, and experience with data management and analysis.
- Professional Services Experience: Experience working in professional services or partnership environments is highly desirable.
