Emson Builders Limited is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Call Center Representative is to manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints. In addition, this role will also be responsible for ensuring that new and existing customers are satisfied with the services provided by Emson Builders Limited.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a team player in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Desire to grow within the company
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints on all aspects of our services, including pricing, scheduling, and resolution.
- Ensure that new and existing customers are satisfied with the services we offer.
- Develop written and verbal communication strategies that are effective, accurate, timely, and polite. Maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with individuals who are dissatisfied with our level of service.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services. Maintain a detailed understanding of all aspects of each customer's account. (i.e., billing, payment issues, etc.)
- Develop an understanding of the business as a whole by meeting with Sales Representatives, Service Managers, and other departments to discuss concerns or questions that arise within the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £20,967.00-£22,415.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
