Express Recruitment are working in partnership with a specialist medical company who are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Administrator. They have a warm and close-knit team who help their customers with any queries and give the best customer service experience.

The role will begin as an administrator but will evolve into a mix of administration and customer service. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be assisting with daily administration tasks such as compiling reports and updating the database. You will help with answering calls from customers and act as a first point of contact.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Update the database with existing customer information
- Assist with creating reports for transactions
- Process customer orders and help any first line queries
- Call existing customers who are due for renewal

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous administration and customer service experience essential
- Good attention to detail with a can-do attitude
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to work
- Good IT proficiency in MS Office packages
- Polite and professional telephone manner
