**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Verify invoices against a bespoke system
- Correct discrepancies in data
- Cross check figures for completed works
- Answer incoming calls and assist with queries
- Use MS Excel to input and manipulate data
**Skills & Experience**
- Good IT skills, to include MS Excel
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Experience within property or facilities beneficial
- Good administration skills, demonstrated in previous employment
