We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Sales Administrator to join our client. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department and ensuring smooth operations. This is a vital role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in excel.

**Duties include**:

- Assising the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
- Prepare sales reports and presentations using computer software (e.g., Excel, Word)
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements
- Manage inventory levels and assist in forecasting sales trends
- Perform general administrative duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Sage
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and procedures is preferred
