**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the management of income and expenditure of the trading company
- To ensure accurate input and maintenance of all sales and purchase ledger
- Finance administration
- Assist with maintaining and updating financial tables and reports
- Assist in the preparation of weekly supplier payment runs
- Oversee and reconcile petty cash accounts
- Preparation and posting of sales invoices in line with monthly billing cycle

Skills & Experience required:

- Previous experience in a finance administrative role
- Experience of accounting and administration systems, either SAGE Accounting or preferably XERO
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of payroll administration
