- Setting up spreadhseets including formulas
- Processing and setting up any business enquire
- Supporting with electronic and paper files for the office
- Updating quotes onto the system from clients/customers
- Putting orders onto spreadsheets
- Chasing clients for documents / payments
- Chasing timesheets for sub-contractors
- Hiring equipment as and when necessary
**Person Specification**
- Customer service experience by phone
- Be able to work on own initiative to deliver business objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - essential
- Previous admin / coordination experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £12.30 per hour
