Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Team Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide guidance and support to sales team members, ensuring they have the product knowledge and sales techniques necessary to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales associates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training initiatives.

2. Sales Operations Management:

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, average transaction value, and sales per hour, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with store management to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and events to drive traffic and increase sales.

3. Customer Service Excellence:

- Ensure all customers receive personalized and exceptional service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Lead by example and provide sales associates with the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver a positive shopping experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, bridal fashion, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

4. Inventory Management:

- Assist in managing inventory levels and stock replenishment to ensure adequate product availability.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies, working closely with the store management and operations team.

5. Team Communication and Collaboration:

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among the sales team and other store departments.
- Coordinate with store management to ensure effective communication of sales targets, promotions, and company initiatives to the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a retail environment, preferably in a fashion bridal store or related industry.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating team members.
- Strong knowledge of bridal fashion trends, designers, and brands.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and provide personalized service.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
