Working closely with the sales manager you will support the team of advisors in achieving, and surpassing set KPI’s, this is an exciting opportunity to change lives through distance learning, and support individuals in choosing the right course for them

**Full Time** - Permanent role, 37.5hrs

**Location** - Solihull, B37

**Salary** - Inclusive of a basic salary of **£26,000** **+* **excellent commission structure*

**What it’s all about**
- Distributing and managing team and individual’s workload
- Provide continuous support to the team being the point of contact leading from the front with a can-do attitude.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance updates verbally and written.
- Support on ad-hoc projects i.e. implementing new systems, trialling new processes
- Conduct morning meetings
- Manage own sales pipeline (half a diary)
- Other duties as and when required while you help support the moulding of the sales teams future
