We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our successful and highly regarded sales division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a high-performing sales team in the renewable energy sector.

About the Role

As Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing an effective sales process for new business and renewals for our largest Industrial and Commercial customers. You will have a proven track record of delivering sales growth and developing strong relationships with third-party intermediaries (TPIs) to drive sales and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales team to deliver sales and personal targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with TPIs to drive sales growth and pipeline management
  • Have a deep understanding of flexible energy supply products and the UK energy supply industry
  • Be responsible for the total net margin growth through TPIs and direct sales
