We are presently representing telecoms clients who are actively involved in pushing the government's drive to connect all homes in the UK by full fibre to property (FTTP) before the end of 2025.

Furthermore, within the last 14 months, we have represented top brands such as ADT, British Gas, Swish FIbre, Befibre, Youfibre, and various charity organisations, creating top-notch face to face customer satisfaction campaigns and facilitating high volume sales turnover that consistently keeps our clients in control of a major share of their chosen market terrains.

We connect our client with new customers daily via face-to-face marketing, engendering brand awareness and generating repeat engagement.

This is why our brand ambassadors and sales reps are the heart and soul of what we do, and we do everything to ensure we invest adequately in giving them the best training necessary.

**About The Role**

We are keen on hiring an infectious and qualified sales team leader, who is capable of taking and building a sales team from greenhorns, knowing nothing about sales, to money hungry sales machines who are able to get on doors and squeeze out the juice and money by being hard closers who never let up until they hear a definitive NO

This means you must be able to teach new recruits the standard sales systems and all of the tried and tested sales theories, that they would need to become killer sales people in any territory.

You have to be a confident, energetic and charismatic speaker who is able to keep attention on themselves in front of an audience based on your knowledge of the sales systems. You will also be money hungry yourself and be confident you can actually show new recruits how to make money, using the sales systems they have been taught and be confident you can lead from the front; show and prove, lead by example.

**Who You Are**

You have demonstrable Sales Team Leader experience

You are able to get out there and show that doing average sales numbers daily and weekly is not out of reach at all, even for new sales recruits.

You know the industry sales systems inside and out - law of averages, green light theory, 3 Steps, 5 Steps, 8 steps and so on.

You have a boisterous infectious personality, with overflowing energy.

Able to demonstrate knowledge of the sales process whilst being engaging.

You have the ability to motivate, inspire and develop others.

Possess a confident, strong, friendly personality

Self-motivated with ability to work and deliver under pressure.

Excellent rapport building skills.

Flexible approach to work

**Your Everyday Responsibilities**
- You will work together with the Team Manager to deliver the induction training of all new Brand Ambassadors and Sales Reps ensuring that they have the knowledge, skills, and motivation to meet their targets and the general office targets
- Deliver an on-going training schedule for the sales and brand ambassador recruits
- To identify individual training needs of brand ambassadors and be able to help individual brand ambassadors with their specific areas of difficulties
- Help new recruits and brand ambassadors break down their days and run through with them areas where they need to improve, and help them in their journeys to overcoming their challenges
- To ensure that all training is of a professional standard
- Keep constant communication with the sales manager about the Sales Team’s progress on the field, with a view to keeping the office in the know of how individual sales reps are performing

**Position Requirements**
- 18 or older
- Looking for full-time work
- Available Monday - Friday
- Able to drive with full driving license (important)
- Excellent communication skills
