- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services, pricing, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy, striving to achieve positive outcomes.
- Perform administrative tasks related to order processing, including data entry, order tracking, and maintaining customer records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service and order processing roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and order processing software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
