At Richburns, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our internal telephony team as Customer Service Representatives.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to have strong computer and excellent telephony skills, as well as be open to flexible working hours.

The salary for this position is competitive, and you will have the opportunity to boost your monthly salary via a performance-based incentive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update our bespoke internal CRM application with customer and client information.
  • Answer queries from clients' customers.
  • Arrange appointments with field representatives and customers.
  • Provide professional and polite service at all times.
  • Meet required service standards as defined by key performance indicators.
  • Make outbound calls to customers.
  • Communicate with clients directly.

Requirements:

  • Empathetic and understanding approach.
  • Personable, friendly, and confident demeanor.
  • Educated to GCSE standard.
  • Experience in customer services.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous collections experience.
  • Previous telephony experience.

Full training will be provided to all successful applicants.
