**Responsibilities**
- Conduct qualification calls to assess leads.
- Analyze lead generation performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Gather market intelligence and strategize accordingly.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals professionally.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Driven by a competitive spirit with a passion for sales and scaling up a company.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Must be a resident of Fuerteventura.
- Proficient in various communication and negotiation techniques (cold calling, social selling, solution selling).
- Ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and think creatively.
- Proficiency in online tools and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Italian or Portuguese is a plus.

**What we offer**
- Fixed Salary: 25.000 - 30.000€
- Variable Bonus: % based on performance
- Full remote working contract
- Company laptop and smartphone

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
