**Conference and Events Operations Supervisor**:

In support of the growth of conference business and in preparation for the return of summer residential conferences, language schools and courses, we are looking for a Conference and Events Operations Supervisor.

Leeds Trinity University hosts a variety of conferences, events and group bookings, including courses for key workers, language schools, symposiums, specials events and a programme for a group of trainee teachers from a Swedish University.

We are looking for someone to coordinate, book and manage University conference bookings and act as the main liaison point for conference customers, trainee Swedish teachers and a network of host families. Typical duties will include ensuring support for groups such as help with setup, administration, registrations, and operational support for events, such as guiding speakers on how to use audio visual equipment in lecture and seminar rooms.

**Hours will be 35 hours per week to include weekends and evenings.**

**Please note, this role requires the postholder to be on campus in Horsforth, full time.**
