- Experience in catering or event management.
- Strong knowledge of the food and beverage sector with a background in high-volume venues.
- Proficient in managing budgets and achieving sales and profit objectives.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor with effective communication skills.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and approachable.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.

- Proven experience in both front and back of house operations.
