Position Overview:
As a vital member of our Operations Team, the Conference Set-up Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of events at our prestigious venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough opening and closing checklists to confirm all tasks are completed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas during operational hours.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and dining areas in accordance with standard operating procedures.

  • Document all incidents and communicate with relevant departments.

  • Delegate tasks effectively and encourage a proactive team environment.
  • Support the Manager with weekly administrative tasks in their absence.
