Position Overview:
As a vital member of our Operations Team, the Conference Set-up Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of events at our prestigious venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough opening and closing checklists to confirm all tasks are completed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas during operational hours.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and dining areas according to standard operating procedures.
  • Report any maintenance issues through the internal system.
  • Manage laundry processes and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Administer first aid and manage incidents as required; training will be provided if necessary.
  • Document all incidents and communicate with relevant departments.
  • Ensure a comprehensive handover at the end of each shift.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare for upcoming events and meetings.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to maintain a proactive team environment.
  • Assist with weekly administrative tasks in the absence of the Manager.
  • Utilize initiative and discretion to resolve any arising issues.
  • Prioritize the safety of guests and staff at all times.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervising teams in a similar setting.
