About the Position
Operations Supervisor at SSP Group
Compensation: £12.63 per hour, with an additional £1.50 per hour for shifts worked between midnight and 6 AM, resulting in a total of £14.13 per hour. Additional service charge is also provided.
Shift Schedule: Assigned between 02:00 AM and midnight
Candidates selected for this role will need to provide references for the past 5 years and complete a Criminal Record Check in accordance with Airport Security Regulations.
Due to specific responsibilities associated with the Operations Supervisor position, applicants must be at least 18 years old to undertake certain tasks and shifts, including handling and serving alcoholic beverages .

AS AN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or retail sector.
- Take the lead in creating a clean and inviting atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations, consistently striving to enhance service quality.
- Mentor and support your colleagues, ensuring a safe working and dining environment while being the primary contact for daily inquiries.
- Coordinate team activities, overseeing the unit's opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with guidelines, and completion of necessary documentation.
- Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance, advocating for improvements, and streamlining operations.
- Recognize and celebrate outstanding service within the team, leading by example and promoting inclusivity and motivation.
