We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a skilled professional to join our management team as an Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will collaborate with another Operations Supervisor to ensure the successful implementation of our services, maintaining adherence to established quality standards while overseeing the recruitment, management, and guidance of our dedicated staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to work across various service areas, providing essential support and coverage as needed. This is a permanent position, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
You will excel in this role if you are adept at team leadership, ensuring that operations run efficiently and effectively. Your expertise in trauma-informed care, safeguarding, and addressing complex needs will be invaluable. We seek a creative leader with substantial experience in motivating teams and fostering strong interpersonal relationships both within the organization and with external partners.
