We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a friendly, well-established company based on the outskirts of St Albans.

Due to the location, you will need to be a driver with your own vehicle.

This position is based in the office 5 days per week.

**What’s in it for you?**
- **Salary: up to £25k**, depending on experience
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Private BUPA healthcare (after 6 months’ probation)

- Hours: 8am-4:30pm

**Key responsibilities**:

- Prioritising administrative tasks for the department
- Updating internal systems with relevant department information
- Formulating action plans based on audits and reports
- Managing and maintaining databases
- Raising purchase orders
- Checking invoices
- Attend department meetings to take minutes and distribute
- Assist with managing information relating to your department on the company website

**What the client is**looking for:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ administration experience
- Proactive and flexible approach to work
- Confident and friendly personality
- Minimum GCSE education to A-C grade preferable
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and be able to provide support as required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and able to meet tight deadlines with excellent time management skills
- Able to use own initiative
- Driving license and own car essential (due to location)
