We are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a company based in St Albans who are a leader within their industry, being the largest independent operator in the UK.
This vacancy will be ideal for an organised Administrator with excellent Microsoft Excel skills. The role will include:
- Organising and coordinator office operations
- Creating weekly reports on Excel
- management of new contracts
- Communicate internal comms throughout the business via both text and bulletings
- Completing credit checks during recruitment process
- Administrative tasks
- Confident communicator
- Experience on Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
- Administration skills
- Must be able to present information both concisely and clearly
- Ability to prioritise a heavy workload
