Our client have a long standing history within their industry and pride themselves with their design and creation. Due to an increase in business, they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their already successful team.
The role
- To provide Administration support for a seamless service to all customers
- Engage and communicate effectively when speaking with customers on the phone to ensure they place their order
- Maintain and build relationships with clients
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner whilst following all relevant internal procedures.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure the smooth running of the business
**Experience**
- Customer Services or Administration background.
- Organised and disciplined.
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.
- Strong work ethic.
- Passion for excellent customer service.
- Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Be a team player
