Working with the sales team, you will deliver a high standard of varied customer service tasks to both existing and potential customers.

A large part of the Sales Administrator role includes
- Processing telephone orders, preparing and producing picking documentation for use in the warehouse, reserving orders for customers where appropriate and arranging the dispatch of samples
- Issue and track the dispatch of orders, liaising with hauliers when necessary
- Liase closely with colleagues and management in both the sales office and the warehouse as well as customers to ensure the smooth running of orders from the initial interaction right through to the completion of the order
- Respond to any issues in a timely and professional manner
