Yolk Recruitment is working closely with a growing Electronics company to find a driven and friendly Purchasing Administrator to join their team in Nelson, Treharris.

**This is what you’ll be doing**
This is an excellent opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to join a tight knit electronics company. You’ll work closely with the team and will be trained in various area’s including purchasing, customer service, deliveries, and export. You will also:
- Answer and respond to enquiries from customers in a polite, professional and timely manner
- Complete research into various products and prices for customers
- Provide accurate quotes to customers regarding their products
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure that all deliveries are correct and arrive in a timely manner
- Regularly liaise with customers providing daily and weekly updates and reports regarding their orders and products
- Completing various administrative tasks, including filing, typing, reporting and keeping all databases up to date
**The experience you’ll bring to the team**
Whilst having previous experience within administration or purchasing would be beneficial, it is not essential - you will need a positive attitude and the drive to learn and develop. You will also be:
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service to all customers.
- Organised and able to manage your time and workload effectively
- Excellent at communicating with people on all levels, with good written and IT Skills.
- Supportive of other team members and not afraid to ‘get stuck in’ and help when necessary
- Friendly and supportive to both other team members and customers.

- A salary of £17,000 - £21,000 depending upon experience + opportunities for bonuses
