Great opportunity for an Administrator to join a friendly Buying/Purchasing team.

Long term 11 month Maternity cover contract (ideally starting in February)

Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm

4:30pm finish on Fridays

Free on-site parking

Pension scheme

Working within a team of 3 the role will be busy with varied, tasks and are likely to include:

- Updating reports
- Job coding Invoices
- Ordering staff Uniform/PPE
- Ordering IT equipment for new sites
- Procuring best value suppliers
- Filing of orders
- Liaise with suppliers
- Organising equipment hire
- All associated administration

Ideally the position will suit someone who is:

- Experienced in administration with some background in buying/purchasing or procurement
- Experienced within property, building or construction industry
- Able to work within a close team
- Happy to "muckin" and get the job done
- IT literate - Word, Excel and outlook
- Happy to talk over the telephone
- Honest, reliable and hardworking character
