**Job Description**:
**Location**: Nelson

**Contract Type**: Permanent, Full Time

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**Salary**:£21k per annum

**Working Style**: Hybrid (Home & Office Working)

Do you have experience of providing administration and coordination support within a HR or L&D environment? Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders? If you answered yes, you should join our friendly L&D team as a **Learning Coordinator**

In this exciting role you will provide administrative support to our L&D Team and provide ongoing assistance with various projects, including report generation. You will also manage daily Learning and Development requests received from our internal contacts and be responsible for the coordination of our learning events. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator that enjoys working with and developing people.

**Some of the key responsibilities include**:

- Organising, scheduling, and coordinating learning initiatives for all colleagues within Daisy.
- Acting as a point of contact and assigning learning content to delegates attending training programmes.
- Managing relationships with our external providers to process contracts, bookings and certifications.
- Managing the completion of compliance and mandatory training on Daisy University (LMS).
- Managing learning attendance records and reporting on training numbers and evaluation.
- Coordinating with external vendors to arrange training initiatives.
- Managing training requests and gathering information for approval/sign off.
- Owning the Learning Management System. Managing learning plans and content, uploading recorded workshops, reviewing content, assigning courses, updating attendance records, and managing notifications.
- Preparing training attendance and evaluation reports for the wider L&D and People team.
- Supporting other areas of the People team and wider business on training coordination.

**Qualifications**:
**Preferred Experience**
- Previous experience with providing administrative support within an HR or L&D environment.
- Previous experience of using a learning management system (LMS)
- Previous experience of building and maintaining relationships with external suppliers
- Previous experience of producing impactful learning reports
- Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate (bonus)
