Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and, efficient and dynamic Office Administrator( Childrens Nursery )to join our vibrant team.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and providing support to the Management.

**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings.
- Assist with fees, invoicing and funding.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Maintain a well organised and tidy office
- Provide administrative support to the staff as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Nursery/ School administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.80-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
