Llechwen Hall Hotel requires receptionist/ House keeper to undertake front of house duties and help with housekeeping.

Main Duties

Front Office

1. To undertake front of house duties, including meetings, greetings and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience.

2. To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints or issues quickly, to maintain high quality customer service.

3. To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes.

4. To undertake any other ad-hoc duties ( bar and restaurant work) relevant to the post

Housekeeping

1. Cleaning guestrooms mid stay and after departure

2. Help with scheduling housekeeping staff for a fortnight

3. Resolving guest services issues related to housekeeping

4. Working with the Front Office to arrange special requests or welcome amenities.new Senior Receptionist / Housekeeper

**Salary**: £11.25-£11.75 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nelson, Caerphilly: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
