Overview:

Star Print is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic team.

As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various administrative tasks while supporting the management and operational functions of our company.


Key Responsibilities:

Updating Management Systems:
Utilise our CRM system tools to maintain and update internal management systems, databases, and records accurately.

Invoicing Clients:
Generate and process invoices for clients.

Chasing Up Invoices:
Follow up on outstanding invoices, communicate with clients professionally to ensure prompt payment, and resolve any billing discrepancies.

Arranging Appointments:
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the team, ensuring efficient time management.

Taking Order Briefs from Clients:
Liaise with clients to gather and document detailed order briefs, ensuring clarity and accuracy in requirements.

Answering Phone Calls:
Handle incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

General Housekeeping:
Assist in maintaining a clean and organised office environment, including handling mail, restocking supplies, and managing office equipment.

Supporting Management Tasks:

Assist the director and management team with various tasks, including but not limited to project coordination, research, and report preparation.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and selfmotivated attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or office environment is a plus but not mandatory.
