- To become fully competent, through in-house training, in the use of the Company’s computer systems to meet customer requirements and communicate accurate and valid information when conversing with both internal personnel and external customers.
- Assisting the Order processing team as and when required to ensure all orders are processed via our in-house PHP portal in a timely manner
- To process & monitor all invoices queries, following up with the relevant depts/personnel to ensure these are being efficiently addressed and resolved.
- To assist the Export Control officer in the vetting and monitoring of global sanctions for the Group.
- To assist the credit control administrational team in the reconciliation and allocation of the daily banking.
- To provide administration support to the Credit controllers as and when required.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
