- preparing seafarers’ documentation and ensuring all paperwork is complete
- arranging travel for personnel joining and leaving vessels
- filing and record-keeping
- updating the personnel database in a timely and accurate manner
- administrative support to the team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
