**Job Description**:
Team Support Officer / Office Administrator
Our Newcastle based client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Team Support Officer / Office Administrator to help support the team by carrying out general admin tasks such as setting up meetings, producing Agendas, recording meetings and actions.
The successful Team Support Officer / Office Administrator will have good administration experience, be confident with Microsoft Office and IT in general (training on other systems will be provided) and organised.
Other duties will include:

- Tactical planning activities e.g. preparing and collating information, liaising with other teams, writing up details.
- Emergency planning activities to deliver planning and preparation including exercises.
- Sharing information with oncoming Duty Teams, supporting the weekly duty Handover.
- Support Local Delivery Leads in the team to create efficiencies, eg joint roster administration, training, meetings etc
- Standby roster administration
- Carrying out general admin tasks within the team. Such as setting up meetings, producing
- Agendas, recording meetings and actions
- Maintenance of Area Incident room and equipment
- Support IT system Superusers e.g. Toolbox, Roster Tool, Mutual Aid Tool (training will be given on these internal systems)
- Support team members with administrative tasks, taking minutes and actions from meetings, setting up appointments and running meetings.

You must be competent with MS Office systems. Must be comfortable working with others and taking tasks from team members. Will involve engagement with the wider organisation so good interpersonal skills are required
This is an initial 3 month contact based in Newcastle and is paying a rate of £17/hr umbrella / £13/hr PAYE.
