Hours: Monday-Friday, 11am-2pM/Flexible hours to suit.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming mail and sort accordingly for our virtual office customers.

Manage call handling and greet visitors to the centre.

Handle customer queries inbox and provide timely and accurate responses.

Keep the CRM system up to date with relevant information.

Log incoming payments and generate invoices.

Maintain a tidy and organised office environment.

Prepare for events and room hire within the centre.

Check and maintain centre stock and order supplies when required.

Support team on any centre related administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:
Administrative experience essential.

Interested in providing excellent service to customers.

Impeccable attention to detail.

Strong time management skills.

Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Proficient in office software

Experience with CRM systems preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
