**Office Administrator | £23,796**:
The People Team at One Utility Bill are looking for an ambitious Office Administrator who will support our team and wider business with office and HR administration. In this role you will report into the Office Manager, whilst also supporting other members of the People Team.
**A little bit about us**:

**What you’ll be doing**:
At One Utility Bill we are on an ambitious growth journey and we have some big things in store as we grow. We operate on different seasonal periods, such as the summer time being heavily recruitment based, and our winter and spring periods working on projects to improve for the next summer season.
Below is a list of duties you can expect to see day to day:
- Giving every office guest a warm welcome and being the face of our company
- Being on hand to deal with any ad hoc office support requests from our people
- Audit our systems to ensure our employees accounts are managed correctly
- Set up equipment and accounts for new starters
- Help with any inbound IT queries from staff, organise other equipment as necessary and maintain any equipment that lives in the office.
- Draw up offer letters and contracts for new employees or promotions within the company
- Update our fixed asset register for all equipment so we know who has what
- Keeping the office clean and tidy and being proud of our work environment, whether it's stacking the dishwasher or sorting out cabling you will be on the ball to ensure its all sorted
- Responsibility for ordering office supplies and the all important tea and coffee

- Proactive and able to manage your time well
- Confident communicator whether its verbal or written
- Great at learning how to use new systems and IT equipment troubleshooting
- Have a keen eye for detail and be able to spot errors
- Enthusiastic about providing amazing customer service - your customers will be our employees and you will strive to give them the best employee experience possible
- Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- Adaptable and open to change
