We are a waste management company based in Leeds.

We are looking for someone to join our admin / office team to carry out daily tele-sales and customer service duties. You will be required to liaise with customers; take orders over the phone; deal with queries and work as a team with other colleagues to deliver an efficient customer experience.

We are a technology-driven company. We use cloud-based systems to carry out all our daily duties & all our effective communication with colleagues is done through live telematic systems. It is essential that you have advanced level of understanding with computers and software (such as MS Word, Excel & Outlook).

**Full training for the job will be provided**

Working Hours:

- Opening Hours
- Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
- Saturday (08:00 - 15:00)

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
