IT Support and Tele Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT-support tele-sales person to join our team. As a team member, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is an excellent opportunity for uni student or individuals who enjoy engaging with people over the phone and have a passion for sales.
**Duties**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Introduce and promote our products or services to prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our offerings
- Answer customer questions and address concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales or schedule appointments
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
- Familiarity with IT support, Active Directory, DNS, Office, SCCM, software troubleshooting, desktop support, firewall, and Mac OS is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
