**The Opportunity**

Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, you will be the face our client. Your role within Recruitment Admin will play a pivotal part in the smooth running of the operations function and will be the first point of contact for all visitors. You will support with business as usual tasks, however there will also be additional ad hoc tasks to complete where required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, organising company events
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
- Complete the set-up of equipment for new starters
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
- Use a variety of software packages (including Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint) to manage data and produce documents and presentations
- Manage document and data compliance across both business’ including highlighting discrepancies and expiring documents
- Take direction from the Project Coordinator for the Consulting tasks
- Process all reference requests, inbound and outbound
- Maintain front of house and upkeep of information boards
- Managing the reception area, including welcoming clients and guests and answering calls
- Cover the Project Administrator through absence where required
- Ad hoc support to the operations function across both business’
