Are you looking for a varied role that gives you exposure to different departments? Well, look no further as this is a business support role in the truest fashion
We are proud to be working with a successful manufacturing and distribution business to find them an Office Assistant who can prioritise well to successfully support each department. This is such a key role and you'll get amazing exposure with each teamin a business which has great longevity with their staff.
**Brief Overview of Responsibilities**:
- First point of call for incoming queries and guests to site
- Preparing documents and reports for teams and taking meeting notes
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Sales admin support, creating and sending order confirmations, answering order queries
- Finance administration support including matching invoices and checking discrepancies
- Assist with marketing
**To be considered for this opportunity, you will have**:
- Previous experience within an administration role
- Great customer service skills
- Experience of managing multiple priorities
