**Role**: Team Administrator (Charity)

**Location**: LS15 - Hybrid, parking on site

**Hours**: 09:00 - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (2 days office, 3 days home)

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Salary**: Up to £25,000 per annum.

Are you a hands-on Administrator looking to work with a friendly, upbeat and professional charity business?

This brilliant charity is expanding their Leeds team and they are looking for an organised and confident Administrator to support the wider team and events.

Based in a modern serviced office with parking on site, your day will be varied as you support the team in organising events, checking payments, following up queries and being the first point of call.

Please note that a full DBS check will be carried out upon an offer.

**Key responsibilities within your role would be**:

- Supporting the Events coordinator with their administration to ensure all planned activities run smoothly
- Finance admin including inputting invoices on the system, ensuring payments are made on time, resolving any queries on payments
- Attending events as required by the team
- Ensuring all files and documents are filed and stored correctly

**Experience and skills required**:

- Previous administration experience
- Highly accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Able to prioritise and manage own workload
- Confident and clear phone manner
