Accounts Admin in Sales

**Job description**
Here at String Products Ltd., our business is continuing to grow, therefore, we are looking for an ambitious individual to take on the role of sales admin. You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to solve problems in a timely manner.
- Taking incoming calls and assisting with enquiries from customers.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Assisting company directors/other staff members with information requests when required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- General office administration, including typing, scanning, filing, photocopying and post duties
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Have good organizational skills, be self-motivated and be able to work well in a team
- Have good communication skills both verbally and written
- Have some general data input experience
- Be able to work to strict deadlines and targets
- Have the ability to use your own initiative for problem-solving
- Have an understanding of the requirements for good Customer Service
- Have meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets and specialised office management tools
- Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
**£12.00 per hour to start**
